High Quality Web Publishing (upgrade): The Word Wide Web (WWW) only came into existence about two decades ago, yet it is one of the most important information and communications media today. Publishing on the web allows to cheaply reach a global audience, and thus provides many opportunites for networking and business. This learning module discusses the advantages of the WWW over other media and its business opportunities, discusses quality aspects in web publishing and presents fundamental technologies for web publishing.
